All you need to do is migrate the users over is to

Cross cert users.

Copy of old mail file

Copy over Person doc modify server Name and mail domain (and mail file name if that changed).

Send button to users to update location domain name (and mail file name if that changed) doc and all entries in pnab of notes contacts to new mail domain

The problem you will have is reply to old emails in old domain. To get this working put notesname with old mail domain as the last entry in the full name on the person doc and it will resolve to new name
